I recieved the guitar pack in great condition... The little practice amp it came with really suprised me and my co-worker who has is own recording sudio...
The guitar itself really impressed me in it's quality and playability...Great guitar expessially if your starting out learning how to play!
The only thing I suggest to anyone buying this guitar,, is get an extra set of strings, and BEFORE you try and tune it.... Take it to a professional and have your action set and let them tune it for first time on a big rack tuner!!!!
Trust me !! It will need to be done... after that you should be able to use tuner it comes with. But for first time take it to a Professional!!!!
Or you will spend days, strings and possably warp your neck trying to tune it!! It does not come set.
Great guitar!!
Also get a good strap,, you will need it.. it comes with cheap one...but hey great deal.

For the price this is an amazing guitar. I am a beginner and this is my second guitar, but my first electric one. I really liked the color, it is a beautiful black. The guitar sounds good, and it has a good design. The whammy bar that comes with it, it is ok it changes the sound like it is supposed too. The tuner works pretty well, but it can be confusing. The bag works good, it protects it, but i do not use it often, i bought a guitar stand.
The amp. It is a nice amp, it can go pretty loud for being 10 watts. I am soon going to purchase the Line 6 Spider III 75 watt, because i want something louder and something with good distortion. One of the reasons i liked this package is because it comes with distortion (overdrive). It does make it a bit dirtier. But i was disappointed with it, because it lacks the heavy metal scream. It can make something heavier, but it just sounds bad when you are looking for a scream. It sounds good clean.
All in all i think this is a great guitar for beginners. I support every part of this package. If you are looking for a good metal sounding scream, you are going to want a different amp. But all in all it is a perfect thing for a beginning guitarist. I highly suggest this guitar package...5 stars!!!

Great guitar. My son is 15, is learning to play on his own. We looked at several at local guitar shops; this is by far a great buy. I think if I could purchase it again, he tells me there is one just like this with a line in for mp3 - that would be good. Everything seems to work fine, shipping was great. No complaints.

I'm no expert, but from what I can tell this set is great for a beginner! Everything was included in the package, and in working condition. It arrived in good condition. I'm really enjoying learning guitar with this!
