After one of my guitar students purchased this guitar, I had to recommend it to my other young students! It is a great size for a beginner and has a wonderful tone quality for the price.
Spend a little money on lowering the nut so that the strings will be closer to the fret board. This will make it easier for little fingers to play the chords more easily. It only cost me $25 to do this at my local guitar store. Wipe the strings down often so that
they don't rust as quickly. You'll be happy with this guitar!

The price was great and the guitar itself is beautifully made and high quality. My one exception is that there is a defect in the strap knob. The knob on bottom was perfect ... the 2nd knob was missing making it impossible to attach the strap for my 6-year old granddaughter.

We purchased this guitar for my daughter for Christmas. It has held up well this year and she wanders around the house strumming and singing. She is 7, it's the perfect size for her and the sound is good.
